Role Summary

Maliban Wovens (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and committed Administration Assistant Manager to join our team at the Head Office. We are looking for an innovative individual with a passion for excellence to oversee various administrative and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate security operations at the Head Office, Transit Yard, Car Park, and Kitchen.
  • Manage and monitor housekeeping staff attendance, deployment, and daily operations.
  • Oversee fuel issuance, records, and control procedures.
  • Manage waste management processes and coordinate with third-party collectors.
  • Monitor and certify company vehicle movements and external transport activities.
  • Ensure compliance with CTPAT security requirements during shipment receiving and unloading.
  • Coordinate security-related matters with outsourced service providers.
  • Handle transport payment processes and documentation.
  • Manage kitchen, canteen, and welfare shop operations, including food arrangements for staff and directors.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities and special assignments delegated by management.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Administration, Security Management, or Facilities Management.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of security procedures, transport coordination, and facility administration.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Preferable: Ex-Military Officer with strong discipline, leadership, and integrity.
