Job Description
At Ascent Business Solutions, we're always looking for a way forward. We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Creative Multimedia Designer who can help bring our brand story to life through powerful, purposeful writing across digital channels.
- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and dynamic brand elements.
- Develop engaging content for social media and ensure visual consistency across platforms.
- Master the Adobe Creative Suite for production tasks.
- Innovate storytelling through animation, video shoots, and editing.
- Manage project files, asset libraries, and technical documentation.
- Direct filming, perform color grading, and handle sound design to create compelling narratives.
- Execute advanced post-production techniques while adhering to deadlines.
- Conceptualize storyboards, shot lists, and create treatments.
- Optimize content for various platforms to maintain high production standards.
- Collaborate with teams on integrated campaigns and multimedia projects.
Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in multimedia design or a similar creative role.
- Expertise in Adobe Suite, Figma & Canva with a strong ability to create dynamic motion graphics, seamless animations, and polished video edits.
- Hands-on experience in UX/UI design.
- Mastery of motion design fundamentals to ensure fluid and engaging visuals.
- Experience in video production and cinematography, including directing, shooting, and editing high-quality content with expert framing and lighting techniques.
- Proficiency in sound design to enhance videos with well-integrated audio elements.
- Strong project management skills to efficiently handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Knowledge of web design (e.g., Shopify and WordPress) is a plus.
- Knowledge of email template UI designs.
