Assistant Engineer
ASSITANT ENGINEER (HEAD OF ENGINEERING)

We are looking for proactive, dynamic, self-motivated, high performing individuals with good discipline, leadership and commitment to our Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the engineering team in strategic planning, development goals, and execution of complex engineering jobs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations teams to ensure alignment with daily engineering objectives and targets.
- Drive innovation by identifying, evaluating, and integrating emerging technologies to improve product quality, operational efficiency.
- Manage external partnerships with contractors and service providers for outsourced engineering initiatives and technical infrastructure upgrades.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- More than 4 years of experience in factory maintenance with industrial machinery used
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) will be an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
- Strong analytical, Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
