Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Contribute to menu planning and innovation.
• Maintain inventory and support cost control measures.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in same capacity in star class hotel.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
