Role Summary

We are building our vision from scratch and are looking for a Sous Chef to lead at the pass.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Expertise in fusion cuisine and seafood.
  • Culinary leadership experience in a hotel or high-volume restaurant kitchen.
  • Exceptional food quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong team leadership and coaching skills.
  • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
  • Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining consistency.
  • A passion for innovation, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
  • Pre-opening experience is a plus.
