Assistant HR Manager
Company: Southbeach Weligama
We are looking for an experienced HR Professional to join our team as an Assistant HR Manager to lead the overall HR Operations at Southbeach Weligama. The role will also support initiatives related to employee engagement, hiring strategies and employer branding, while ensuring a seamless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR Operations.
- Prior exposure to the hospitality industry will be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Solid grasp of HR best practices.
