- First Class or Second Class (Upper Division) Honours Degree in BUSINESS MANAGEMENT from a recognized university.
- Master's degree from a recognized university is preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in delivering lectures to undergraduate BUSINESS MANAGEMENT degree programmes will be an added advantage.
