Assistant Maintenance Officer - Monaragala

The Maintenance Officer will be a key member of the maintenance team and report to the Village Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the Maintenance Protocol for the Project.
- Monitor service schedules, perform minor repairs, and monitor all external repairs of vehicles.
- Maintain all records pertaining to vehicles such as insurance, repair records, revenue licenses, and running charts.
- Attend to and coordinate assigned maintenance activities of the Children's Village.
- Coordinate maintenance-related purchasing activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of similar work experience and a diploma or NVQ qualification in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Sound knowledge of all maintenance activities and related documentation is required.
- Candidates must have a Heavy Vehicle driving license.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of the English Language is desired.
