Key Responsibilities

• Assess complex credit facilities and exercise delegated credit authority.
• Conduct financial assessments, client visits, and monitor portfolio performance for emerging risks.
• Prepare comprehensive credit proposals, MIS reports, and board/committee papers.
• Partner with Business Units to ensure quality lending while maintaining strict credit standards.
• Mentor junior team members and leverage AI and digital tools to improve credit evaluation processes.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• 7+ years in Credit Evaluation or Risk Management; experience with complex credit and delegated authority is a strong plus.
• Deep knowledge of financial analysis, cash flow assessment, and credit facility structuring.
• Strong analytical, leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Skilled in MIS, data analysis, Microsoft Office, and using AI/digital tools for reporting and productivity.
