KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the Food Testing Division.
- Perform and oversee analytical chemistry testing of food and beverage products.
- Develop, validate, and optimize testing methods.
- Ensure quality control of internal standards and testing regimes.
- Drive divisional KPI achievement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain high levels of testing accuracy, productivity, and turnaround times.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Postgraduate qualification in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Food Science, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in analytical chemistry and testing.
- Expertise in food and pharmaceutical product analysis, method development and validation, and quality control systems.
- Strong laboratory leadership and people management skills.
