PMF Finance PLC, the fast growing non-banking financial institution in Sri Lanka, invites applications from dynamic and result oriented individuals with relevant qualifications and experience for the following position.

• Develop and implement strategies to promote Islamic leasing products such as Ijara and other Shariah-compliant financing solutions.
• Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate and retail clients.
• Achieve assigned business targets for Islamic leasing portfolio growth.
• Promote Islamic finance products through marketing campaigns, seminars, and networking events.
• Lead and manage the marketing team for Islamic leasing products.
• Develop marketing strategies aligned with the company's Islamic finance objectives.
• Build partnerships with vehicle dealers, equipment suppliers, and corporate clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities related to Islamic finance products.

Person's Profile

• Minimum 5–7 years' experience in leasing, banking, or financial services.
• At least 2-3 years' experience in Islamic finance products such as Ijara, Murabaha, or Wakala.
• Strong knowledge of Islamic finance principles and Shariah-compliant products.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Marketing and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and portfolio management skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Islamic Finance, or Marketing.
• Professional qualification in Islamic Finance (CIMA Islamic Finance, AAOIFI, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
