Ceylon Catch (Pvt) Ltd is a leading seafood processing company committed to producing high-quality and safe seafood products for customers worldwide. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager / Assistant Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming seafood products and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Monitor processing and packaging activities.
• Identify quality issues and take corrective actions.
• Work closely with production teams to improve quality.
• Maintain quality control records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 Years of working Experience required.
• Experience in Quality Control or Food Safety is preferred.
• Good knowledge of food safety and quality assurance procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• HACCP or other food safety certifications will be an added advantage.
