Assistant Manager (Plumbing & Building Services)

Requirements/Qualifications

• BSc Eng. (Facilities Management – Moratuwa University) with minimum 6 years or NDT / HNDE/NDES with minimum 10 years' experience in Construction industry.
• Capacity & experience in handling Plumbing, Fire and Gas System in multiple building and Industrial construction projects at a time.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Mechanical / Plumbing /Building Services and fire protection system in management level.
• Experience in project programming / Cost Control / Quality Management / Tendering and Design work.
• Experience in Project coordination with clients, consultants & specialist contractors.
