KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support pricing of life insurance products and evaluation of sales compensation schemes
- Assist in product design and specification documentation
- Develop regulatory filing disclosures and approval documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new and existing products
- Present and explain new products to management
- Support the Pricing Head in all actuarial aspects of product development
REQUIREMENTS
- Thorough knowledge on actuarial reporting
- Bachelor's degree (1st or 2nd class) in a mathematical science
- 5+ years' experience in an actuarial function
- Excellent communication skills
- Commercial and business acumen
- Team development and mentoring skills
