Assistant Manager – Stores

Oversee daily store and warehouse operations by ensuring efficient inventory management, stock accuracy, timely receiving and issuing of goods, compliance with company procedures, and effective coordination with internal teams to maintain smooth business operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role, with supervisory experience.
• Diploma or higher qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and stock management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Systems will be an added advantage.

Storekeeper

Responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory accurately while updating stock records, conducting stock counts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient day-to-day store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in storekeeping, inventory, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
• G.C.E. Advanced Level or an equivalent qualification.
• Basic knowledge of inventory handling, stock control, and warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, ERP, or Inventory Management Systems will be an added advantage.
