Assistant Manager - Warehouse Operations

Kiddies & Toys International (Pvt) Ltd is a fast-growing company in the mother & baby care and toy industry, representing international brands such as Farlin, Lego, Mattel, and Faber-Castell, while also managing our own trusted in-house brands—Kids Joy, PLEX, and LeEd.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations, driving efficient and effective warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate warehouse stock records in the ERP system.
• Coordinate operations between KTI and third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses.
• Oversee outbound order processing, picking, dispatch, and shipment coordination
• Manage overall inventory, including stock aging, obsolete items, and disposal with compliance monitoring
• Handle GRNs, unloading, stacking, and proper inventory holding practices
• Monitor distribution of goods to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
• Manage invoicing and communication with 3PL partners
• Monitor stock discrepancies (damages, shortages, returns) and ensure timely adjustments
• Ensure 100% stock accuracy through regular reconciliations
• Generate MIS reports and maintain documentation in compliance with company procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse/logistics operations
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management (SAP Knowledge will be an added advantage)
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Team management and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
