Available Position: Assistant Operations Cum Production Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Production & Operations Management (Daily Output, Line Efficiency, Inventory Control)
- Quality Assurance & Compliance (SLS, PHI, ISO/HACCP, Water Testing)
- Maintenance & Safety (Preventive Maintenance, Facility Hygiene, Safety)
- Team Leadership (Roster Management, Performance)
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Higher Food Sci (Eng, Technical)
- 3-5+ years in F&B/FMCG (Water/Beverage preferred)
- Technical Skills (RO/UV, Automation)
Skills, Competencies & Other Conditions
- Regulatory Knowledge (Sri Lanka regulations)
- Problem Solving
- Communication (Sinhala & English)
