Assistant Manager Production
Botanicoir Lanka Pvt Ltd is a leading cocopeat substrate exporter, committed to sustainable solutions and excellence in production. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as Assistant Manager Production.
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Higher National Diploma (HND) or Degree in Production, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Experience in production planning and shop-floor management.
- Good knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Excel and production data management.
- Experience in production, raw material, and inventory reconciliation.
- Good understanding of labour productivity, OEE, downtime, and cost control.
- Experience in team supervision and manpower management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma is an added advantage.
- Strong focus on quality, safety, productivity and continuous improvement.
