Junior Executive - Production

Role Summary

Unisyst Engineering Limited, a part of Hayleys Construction & Engineering sector, is a pioneer in manufacturing and supplying high quality architectural aluminum joinery systems, glazing and façade products.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing production plan considering the project timelines and liaising with the project team.
• Preparing resource plan within the given timelines (QS, Procurement, Stores & Admin).
• Monitor the efficiency, waste reduction, and cost against the budget.
• Ensure the received material quantities as per the raised Material Requisitions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to gather and analyze demand forecasts.

Requirements/Qualifications

• NVQ level Certified in Production / Manufacturing / Occupational Work Supervision.
• 2 – 3 years minimum experience as a Production Supervisor in a Production / Manufacturing Environment.
• Local or London O/L 6 passes which includes a 'C' for Mathematics and English.
• Confident communication with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Computer literacy in MS OFFICE package.
