ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER (Food& Beverages)-Peliyagoda

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire production process to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Implement strategies to reduce wastage and improve productivity.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and logistics to optimize operations.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Lead and train production staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Engineering, Science / Manufacturing).
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a production management role.
• Certifications: Expertise in manufacturing principles, lean management, and Six Sigma.
• Experience in Beverages/Food industry will be an added advantage.

Salary/Benefits

Salary 250K (Negotiable)
