Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the production of shirts and pants from cutting through to finishing.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly production targets while maintaining required quality standards.
• Improve productivity, production efficiency and machine utilization.
• Monitor production processes and take timely corrective action to minimize delays, bottlenecks and wastage.
• Lead and motivate production teams to achieve planned targets.
• Ensure effective utilization of modern sewing machinery and production techniques.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of Hands-on experience in the production of shirts and pants is essential.
• Age below 50 years
• Previous experience in a similar production supervisory/management role in the apparel industry.
• Good knowledge of modern sewing machines, production methods and garment construction.
• Proven ability to improve productivity and achieve production targets.
• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving and team-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict production deadlines.
