Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Hambantota
Senura Civil Engineering (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a proactive and skilled Assistant Quantity Surveyor for an ongoing Building Project in Hambantota.
Key Requirements
- Education: HND or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in building or civil engineering projects
- IPA & Bills: Experience in preparation of Interim Payment Applications (IPAs) and subcontractor's bills
- Practical QS Skills: Quantity take-offs, cost estimating, BOQ preparation and valuation of work
- Cash Flow: Knowledge of cash flow preparation and monitoring
- Contracts: Familiarity with standard forms of contract and construction industry practices
- Software: Proficiency in QS software and Microsoft Office applications
