Deputy Regional Incharge (Western Region)

Key Responsibilities

• Building new business opportunities within the allocated region to maximize sales while supervising the regional sales team.
• Establish, maintain, and strengthen business relationships with banking partners to enhance the business portfolio.
• Initiate, execute, and manage new marketing plans and retention strategies in line with business objectives.
• Maintain the sales pipeline, monitor sales team prospects, and provide sales-related management information to the senior management team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Insurance, Management, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Added Advantage).
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
