You should ideally:

• possess a degree or full professional qualifications acceptable to the bank
• possess approximately 7 - 8 years of relevant experience in branch banking, with mandatory exposure to credit
• possess sound knowledge of financial statement analysis
• be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, while maintaining strong interpersonal relationships
• possess excellent negotiation skills

You will be mainly responsible for:

• identifying opportunities to grow the portfolio by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
• providing personalized financial advice and recommending suitable banking products and services.
• ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through prompt service and effective solutions.
• monitoring portfolio performance, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• collaborating with internal teams to streamline operations and resolve client issues.
• participating in business development activities and staying updated on market trends.
