Key Responsibilities

• Receiving: Check all deliveries for quality, weight, and correct quantity.
• Storage (FIFO): Organize stock systematically and monitor storage temperatures.
• Issuing: Release stock to the kitchen and bar only against approved requests.
• Inventory: Help with physical stock counts and track expiry dates.

Requirements

• Experience in restaurant, hotel, or kitchen storekeeping.
• Good understanding of FIFO and food safety standards.
• Basic computer/inventory software skills and strong math accuracy.
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.
