ASSISTANT MANAGER - WAREHOUSE
Our client is one of the leading Manufacturing companies which is located in Horana
JOB ROLE
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, issuance and dispatch activities while ensuring compliance with established SOPs, pharmaceutical regulations, and cGMP requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or Diploma in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or an equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations and management. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be a distinct advantage.
- Sound knowledge of ERP/SAP systems, cGMP requirements, and applicable regulatory compliance standards.
- Proven ability to identify, implement, and drive process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, people management, and teamwork skills with the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
