Associate Attorney

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist senior attorneys with client matters (local and international)
• Draft, review and prepare legal documents / contracts
• Conduct legal research and prepare case / advisory summaries
• Ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with teams and stakeholders
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
• Stay updated on legal developments and engage in continuous learning

Qualifications and Experience

• Attorney-at-Law (recently qualified or upto 2 years' experience)
• Exposure to commercial and or civil law is an advantage
• Strong interest in corporate law and regulatory compliance
