Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate individual to join the Digital Transport Industry. Oki Doki is a pioneering technology-driven transportation company operating under the esteemed umbrella of Expolanka Holdings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare timely, accurate, and insightful business reports, dashboards, and management presentations for business performance.
• Conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis, and performance evaluations to identify opportunities for operational improvement and process optimization.
• Identify business opportunities by analyzing operational, financial, and customer data to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver analytical solutions for ongoing projects and strategic initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements based on analytical findings.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Second Class or above) in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline (Supply Chain or Logistics knowledge preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, MIS, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
• Familiarity with advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, R, SQL, or Python for interactive reporting.
• Experience with business process automation using Power Automate, RPA tools, or similar technologies is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
