Associate - Cloud Engineer

Role Summary

Port City BPO is looking for a driven Associate - Cloud Engineer to help maintain and deploy cloud-based infrastructure. This position focuses on supporting system reliability through active monitoring, resource management, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in the administration of AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Track the availability and performance metrics of cloud services.
• Aid in the configuration and deployment of cloud resources.
• Keep detailed records and documentation regarding cloud architecture.

Qualifications and Skills

• A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Foundational understanding of major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Knowledge of networking principles and virtualization technologies.
• A proactive attitude toward mastering cloud automation and a collaborative mindset for team tasks.
