Associate Deposit Mobilization Specialist

Role Summary

As a Junior Executive – Deposits Mobilization, you will be responsible for driving deposit growth by acquiring and managing customers, expanding the branch deposit portfolio, promoting Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, and Savings products, and achieving assigned business targets. You will report directly to the relevant Branch Manager.

Fintrex Signature, Kaluthara, Malabe, Negombo, Kurunegala, Galle, Pettah, Kiribathgoda, Matara, Piliyandala, Kandy, Gampaha, Kuliyapitiya, Kegalle, Nugegoda, Maharagama, & Dambulla.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the branch deposit portfolio in line with business targets.
• Drive the growth of Fixed Deposits (FDs), Recurring Deposits (RDs), and Savings products through effective business development initiatives.
• Identify, acquire, and onboard new customers to expand the branch's deposit base.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering professional and responsive service.
• Achieve assigned business targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Promote the organization's deposit products and services within the local market to drive business growth.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Diploma or an equivalent qualification in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field from a recognized university or institute and G.C.E A/L.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or sales will be a distinct advantage.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
