Junior Analyst – Digital Offline Payment Systems

Role Summary

LankaPay (Pvt) Ltd is the operator of Sri Lanka's National Payment Network. We are seeking a Junior Analyst to join our team to support the operation of our clearing systems, contributing to our mission of providing convenient, affordable, and secure digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for the smooth operation of Cheque Imaging & Truncation System (CITS), USD Draft Online Image Transfer System (UITS), and USD On-line Payment System.
• Conduct reconciliation activities after each clearing cycle with 100% accuracy.
• Maintain records on clearing systems' technical issues and report to management.
• Adhere to operation manuals, desk instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure 100% compliance with security policies and guidelines.
• Carry out technical support activities in line with agreed compliance standards and timeframes.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Diploma in IT, Business Management, or a similar qualification from a recognized institute.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in IT, Finance, or the finance sector.
• Knowledge in clearing operations and payment systems is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
