Associate Engineer - Artificial Intelligence

Role Summary

CreativeX Technology is seeking a motivated AI/ML Engineer to join their expanding technical team. In this role, you will focus on creating and implementing intelligent, scalable digital solutions that address practical business challenges for a diverse international clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineer, train, and deploy various AI and Machine Learning models utilizing Python.
• Develop advanced solutions involving Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and RAG architectures.
• Create automated AI agents to streamline business processes.
• Integrate intelligent capabilities into existing software products and enterprise-level web applications.
• Manage the full data lifecycle, including collection, cleaning, and preprocessing.
• Build backend services and APIs to ensure seamless model integration.
• Maintain and optimize AI infrastructure, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a closely related technical field.
• Between 1 to 3 years of professional experience or significant hands-on project work in the AI/ML domain.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Practical knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, and LLM technologies.
• Understanding of backend development, databases, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and cloud deployment environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
