Role Summary
An excellent opportunity is available for a motivated and technically skilled Associate Engineer – Data Networking to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the implementation, configuration and maintenance of networking solutions while delivering high-quality technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, commission and maintain routing, switching and wireless networking solutions.
- Assist with the installation and support of ELV systems and structured cabling infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues efficiently.
- Conduct customer site visits for implementation, maintenance and technical support.
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain accurate service records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Candidate Profile
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Networking, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics or a related field.
- A good understanding of routing, switching, wireless networking, ELV systems and structured cabling concepts.
- Hands-on experience in configuring, commissioning and maintaining network devices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- A valid motorcycle licence and ownership of a motorcycle for customer site visits.
- Two to three years' experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
