Role Summary

Wickramarachchi & Company specializes in opticals and hearing care. We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Junior Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work independently while guiding junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits in line with professional auditing standards.
• Visit branches across the island and conduct proper operational, financial, and compliance audits.
• Review branch processes, cash operations, documentation, and internal controls.
• Prepare clear and comprehensive audit reports and present findings to management.
• Supervise, guide, and support junior audit staff.
• Ensure timely completion of all audit assignments across multiple branches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CA/ACCA/CMA (fully or partly qualified) is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2–5 years of audit experience, preferably in a recognized audit firm.
• Strong understanding of audit procedures and accounting standards.
• Ability to travel to branches and manage multi-location audits.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
