Associate – IT Support

Role Summary

Port City BPO is seeking a dedicated IT Support Associate to help manage and maintain our technological infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring the stability of our networks, systems, and user access while providing rapid technical assistance to staff in a high-energy work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain company IT infrastructure, including networks and servers, to ensure continuous operation.
• Diagnose and resolve various hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
• Handle user account administration, access controls, and fundamental security protocols.
• Execute regular system updates, data backups, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Support the gaming platform by collaborating closely with the Operations and Development departments.
• Keep accurate records of IT assets and technical documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• A degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a comparable field.
• Ideally 1 to 3 years of professional experience in IT administration or support.
• Foundational knowledge of networking components like routers and switches, as well as LAN/WAN environments.
• Proficiency in Windows environments, system security, and backup procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle pressure effectively.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience within a BPO or gaming industry setting is a plus.
