Role Summary

Vistara Ventures is bringing together a group of entrepreneurs to build a new generation of ventures across the US, Australia, the UK and Sri Lanka. You will work closely with the founding team from the earliest stages, helping turn ideas into scalable businesses. You will also learn from CEOs, startup founders, investors, VC firms and PE firms across these markets.

What You'll Work On

• Market, customer & competitor research
• Idea & business model validation
• Product development, AI & automation
• Go-to-market, sales & growth
• Finance, recruitment & operations
• Fundraising, scaling & business exits

Who We're Looking For

A highly organised, curious and commercially minded person who learns quickly, takes ownership and gets things done. Recent graduates and candidates with a few years of experience are welcome.

A hands-on entrepreneurship apprenticeship:
IDEA > RESEARCH > VALIDATE > PRODUCT > GTM > GROWTH > SCALE > EXIT

Strong performers can grow into Venture Lead, General Manager or CEO roles.
