Associate System Engineer

Role Summary

eArrow (Pvt) LTD is looking for an Associate System Engineer to join their team. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in Linux and Windows environments who are eager to advance their expertise in Cloud technologies, DevOps, and Cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Windows and Linux servers, including Azure virtual machines and core infrastructure.
• Conduct system monitoring, routine health checks, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Administer user permissions, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID.
• Oversee networking components such as DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Handle data backups, storage management, and disaster recovery testing.
• Assist with web server management, database support, Docker services, and production deployments.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, Cloud Computing, or a similar technical discipline.
• Ideally 2 to 3 years of practical experience in IT operations or system administration.
• Proficiency in managing Linux/Windows systems and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Azure, Docker, Microsoft 365, or security operations is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
• A strong desire to evolve within the fields of automation, DevOps, and cloud security.
