Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting inspections of audit firms.
• Reporting inspection findings.
• Maintaining quality monitoring records.
• Supporting auditor training and promoting continuous improvement in audit quality.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Be a Member of CA Sri Lanka with a minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience in an audit environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and practices.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality, attention to detail, and the ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts effectively to audit partners and other stakeholders.
