Supervisor - Audit

Role Summary

We are seeking dynamic and motivated professionals to join our auditing arm, share our vision, and contribute to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise, coordinate, and manage client audit engagements in compliance with applicable auditing and accounting standards, relevant laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and review the progress of audit assignments to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion.
• Assist in risk management, quality control, and compliance-related activities.
• Train and guide junior staff members, contributing to team capability building and performance improvement.
• Maintain strong client relationships by understanding client industries and providing professional guidance and insights.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Passed Finalist of CA Sri Lanka with a minimum of 3 years’ experience, or candidates following the Strategic Level of CA Sri Lanka with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in external audit.
• Proven experience working in environments compliant with auditing and accounting standards, relevant laws, and regulatory requirements.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail and audit quality.
• Excellent team player with leadership capabilities.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
