Utility & Automation Engineer (FMCG, Food & Beverages)-Rathmalana

Key Responsibilities

• System Management and Maintenance: Overseeing the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of utility systems, including regular inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• OSHA Compliance: Ensuring work practices adhere to OSHA regulations and safety standards, including risk assessments, safe work practices, and proper use of PPE.
• Emergency Response: Responding to safety or environmental hazards (e.g., spills, equipment malfunctions) and coordinating with relevant authorities.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of system performance and maintenance activities; preparing status reports and improvement recommendations.
• Training and Supervision: Providing guidance on safe work practices and utility system operation; supervising technicians and support staff.

Requirements/Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of manufacturing environment experience, specifically handling utilities, Boiler, compressors, ETP, and refrigeration.

Salary/Benefits

• Salary: 300K-350K (Negotiable)
