Automotive Claims Specialist
Role Summary
We are seeking an individual to handle Non-Litigated third-party (Motor) claims, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle motor claims from initiation to settlement, including out of court negotiations.
- Prepare claims assessment for review, approval, and risk analysis.
- Maintain accuracy in claims records and system documentation to minimize errors and delays.
- Safeguard company interests in claims handling and represent the company when required.
- Ensure adherence to internal service standards and provide feedback reports with statistical analysis.
- Assist in other claims management tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Qualified in GCE A/L.
- Knowledge of claims procedures and legal practices.
- Minimum of 01 year of experience.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Strong communication skills (Written/Spoken) in both Sinhala and English languages. Fluency in Tamil would be an added advantage.
- High attention to details and technical accuracy.
