Automotive Claims Specialist

Role Summary

We are seeking an individual to handle Non-Litigated third-party (Motor) claims, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle motor claims from initiation to settlement, including out of court negotiations.
• Prepare claims assessment for review, approval, and risk analysis.
• Maintain accuracy in claims records and system documentation to minimize errors and delays.
• Safeguard company interests in claims handling and represent the company when required.
• Ensure adherence to internal service standards and provide feedback reports with statistical analysis.
• Assist in other claims management tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Qualified in GCE A/L.
• Knowledge of claims procedures and legal practices.
• Minimum of 01 year of experience.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Strong communication skills (Written/Spoken) in both Sinhala and English languages. Fluency in Tamil would be an added advantage.
• High attention to details and technical accuracy.
