• Greeting Customers and Identifying their service need
• Vehicle Inspection and Documentation
• Effectively Scheduling to maintain customer satisfaction
• Ensuring Quality Workmanship And timely completion
• Maintaining comprehensive Knowledge of automotive systems
• Excellent Team Work

Requirements/Qualifications

• High school Diploma / Associates Degree or Technical Certification.
• 2 - 3 Years of experience in Automotive service or customer service roles.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Knowledge of Automotive systems, maintenance procedures and repair Diagnostics.
• Ability Multi task, main attention to detail and accuracy.
