Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their service requirements.
• Prepare job cards and provide service estimates.
• Coordinate with the workshop to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Keep customers informed on repair progress.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain accurate service records.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Automobile Engineering, Motor Vehicle Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automobile industry.
• Good knowledge of motor vehicles and service procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer handling skills.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with service management systems will be an advantage.
• Valid Sri Lankan driving license is preferred.
