The ideal candidate should possess the GCE A/L qualification (in the Science stream) and a Diploma/Degree in Ayurveda/Indigenous Medicine from a recognized institute. The selected individual must be a registered professional at the Sri Lanka Ayurveda Medical Council (SLAMC). A minimum of 2 years' experience, preferably in an Ayurveda operation, is essential to perform this role. Good communication and organizational skills along with the ability to work as part of a team are key attributes and competencies sought.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

• Conducting medical consultations/health assessments for guests to ensure treatment suitability
• Prescribing Ayurvedic medicine, monitoring guest progress, and maintaining diagnosis records
• Supervising medicine preparation at the pharmacy and ensuring proper stock management
• Assisting in the selection and procurement of herbal medicine as per company standards
• Overseeing cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline of the Ayurveda Centre and its staff
