Role Summary
We are recruiting Call Center – Back Office Team Members for a reputed bank. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in the banking industry and work in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer requests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Handle back-office documentation and administrative tasks.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and internal communication channels.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
- Prepare reports and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Age below 23 years.
- G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) completed with Credit passes in English and Mathematics (Mandatory).
- Good computer literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
