Role Summary

We are recruiting Call Center – Back Office Team Members for a reputed bank. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in the banking industry and work in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  • Handle back-office documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and internal communication channels.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
  • Prepare reports and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Age below 23 years.
  • G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) completed with Credit passes in English and Mathematics (Mandatory).
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel & Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
