We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Bakery Operations Manager to lead and oversee our bakery operations in Seychelles. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive bakery or Food & Beverage operational experience, and a passion for delivering high-quality products while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the bakery.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise bakery production and operational teams.
- Ensure consistent product quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor production planning, inventory, and stock control.
- Optimize operational efficiency and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations.
- Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Train and develop staff to achieve high performance and productivity.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Age: Below 45 years.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Bakery Operations or Food & Beverage (F&B) Operations, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Degree, Diploma, or Professional Qualification in Bakery, Hospitality Management, Food Production, Business Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of bakery production processes, quality control, and food safety standards.
- Experience in production planning, inventory management, and cost control.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment will be an advantage.
