Bancassurance Sales Manager

Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role at AIA Sri Lanka. The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving regional sales targets and KPIs while leading and developing a high-performing sales team through bancassurance partnership. The role involves driving sales performance, providing strategic direction and coaching to the team, and ensuring efficient management of the assigned region. The position reports functionally and operationally to the Channel Head.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales with proven team management experience (financial services preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Ability to drive results and build high-performing teams.
- Fully or partly qualified in a relevant professional field (SLIM / CIM / CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong market orientation with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent proficiency in Sinhala and English (written and spoken).
- Good computer literacy (MS Office skills required).
