Role Summary

Requirements/Qualifications

• Age: Between 18 - 22 years.
• GCE O/L: Minimum 6 passes with credits for English & Mathematics.
• GCE A/L: Minimum 3 passes (excluding General English).
• Education: Diploma/HND in Management, Finance or any other related field.
• Preferred: Certificate/Diploma in Banking & Finance from IBSL.
• IT Skills: Basic IT knowledge (MS Office) is essential.
• Communication: Effective communication skills; being trilingual is an advantage.
• Soft Skills: Good interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
• Experience: Prior experience in Banking/Finance/Customer service is an advantage.
