Bartender Cum Steward

A reputed company in the hospitality industry is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our growing team.

Role Overview

Deliver excellent beverage and dining service by preparing quality drinks, assisting guests, and maintaining a clean and well-organized bar and service area.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
Assist with food and beverage service.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas.
Ensure the bar is stocked and maintained.
Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards.

Requirements/Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
Knowledge and ability to prepare cocktails and drinks is required.
Ability to prepare excise bar book is an advantage.
Knowledge of wines is an added advantage.
